🧠 The Premise

Before the Collapse, a final Pour was recorded — so vivid, so elemental, it shattered memory itself.

They called it The Echo Pour.

Now, five surviving Factions of the old Wine Cartographers’ Guild are reassembling the fragments in the underground of West Seattle Wine Cellars. Bottles are more than bottles here — they’re artifacts, echoes, and keys.

Each session, five teams descend — each aligned with a Faction. 

Their goal:
🔍 Decode five real wines
🧩 Solve five interwoven puzzles
🔐 Crack the Safecracker — and uncover what was buried

Only when all five are complete will the path forward reveal itself.

You don’t have to drink to decode.

The Below welcomes non-drinkers, families, and curious minds of all ages. Every guest receives a role:

• 🧩 Excavate Easter Eggs: Hidden fragments of lore and clues can be found throughout the space — including puzzles only a sharp-eyed observer might catch.
   
• 🥂 The Signal Pour Station: A dedicated non-alcoholic tasting station containing a key puzzle of its own.
   
• 🎭 Decode the Room: Some puzzles aren’t tied to taste at all — they require attention to sound, logic, texture, even scent.
   

No matter your age or palate, your insights may be exactly what your team needs to unlock the next step.

Each wine unlocks a unique decoding challenge tied to its Faction’s philosophy:

• 🔻 The Rainier Line — Trace rail-born shipping manifests and decode numeric crate codes from a forgotten trade route.
   
• 🌀 House Cascadia — Weigh tasting truths and falsehoods against a symbolic compass to uncover the elemental balance.
   
• 🌿 The Emerald Reclaimers — Sort foraged ingredient cards and match earth-toned wine notes to hidden vineyard clues using a simplified "Flavor + Earth = Site" cipher.
   
• 🏀 The Sonic Deep — Use headphones to match audio frequencies with tasting notes and discover a “resonant pour.”
   
• 🎙 Frasier’s Folly — Deconstruct fake wine labels and media to find what’s real — and what was just marketing spin.
   

Each puzzle is designed to be immersive, tactile, and playable by a team of 2-6 players, regardless of wine knowledge or drinking preference.

The Below isn’t just a space — it’s a layered archive.

Wine crates, faction relics, flickering map projections, and cryptic slips of parchment await in dim alcoves.

You’ll navigate the space like historians, detectives, and seekers of lost flavor.
